Lusso Estate is being developed and will
be managed by ORR Investment Group. We are a locally owned family business that has operated in the manufactured home industry for the best part of 40 years. The company spans three generations and has always taken pride in a personal approach to business and loyalty to our local area, our residents and our trades people. We are a local family wanting to support locals.
This land-lease community will be the third in the ORR Investment Group family joining Meander Village in Wyong and Kangy Grove Estate in Kangy Angy, who are proudly home to more than 300 residents. Lusso Estate will be our most luxurious over 50s community and we are so excited to set a new standard of quality resort-style living in Wadalba.
